A Ranger moves up to the Senior Rangers Section when she turns 16 up till the age of 22. Senior Rangers can work on their own or with other Senior Rangers from other Units for all or parts of the programme.
The programme is very flexible and Senior Rangers can choose the pathways they are interested in. The programme empowers youths to develop skills to become responsible citizens in any pathway they choose.
The programme also gives the space to the young women to embark on the leadership journey leading to the Section Leader’s Warrant.
