Abroad this Summer!!

So many people to meet, so many places to go... check out some international experiences happening this Summer!

One thing that is so amazing about Guiding, is the choice of International Experiences that can be shared with your unit or as an individual.

For Summer 2014, five units are taking on the international challenge…

The Rabat Girl Guides are attending GOOSE 2014 in Dorset, UK between the 26th of July and the 2nd of August! With 5 themed sub-camps, new activities all day and all evening, its guaranteed to be a week to remember!

The Marsascala Girl Guides will be attending WINGS 2014 in Berkshire, UK. An international Jamboree Experience for Guides and Scouts aged 10 to 18. Seven days, between the 2nd and 9th of August, filled with adventure, challenge and fun with opportunities of sharing with others from all over the world.

The Tarxien Girl Guides will have opted for a short break in Sicily with PIPPA’S PADDOCK for four days of jam packed activities between the 1st and the 4th of August. They will be experiencing Sicily like never before in the Madonie Mountains including water sports, horse riding, Adventure Parks and BBQs on the terrace.

ARDEN 2014 in Warwickshire, UK, is the camp of choice for The Cospicua Girl Guides and the Zejtun Girl Guides. From the 3rd to the 9th August 2014 they will join over a thousand of Brownies, Guides and Rangers from around the world at a unique international camp themed around a Circus theme where participants will be able to try out different adventures and challenges to explore and enjoy.

We wish all our groups a great experience and we look forward to hearing all about it when you come back!! Oh… and don’t forget the photos!! We’ll upload them on our website as soon as possible!
